Child and Family Services is known for its excellence in providing a range of services to people in need.  Since 1937, we have been finding foster and adoptive homes for children, and in turn, brought together many new families. The generosity of individuals, businesses, and organizations has allowed us to expand services in response to new problems that people face in new times.  With your help, we will be here for years to come, providing healing and hope to those in need.

People choose to give to Child and Family Services for many reasons:  to show appreciation for help received as a child, to honor/memorialize a loved one, to mark a special occasion, event or milestone, or simply to help children and families in crisis.

What can you do with your gift?

You may choose to designate a gift for a specific purpose, or you may allow us to choose the area of greatest need by giving an unrestricted gift.  You may also choose to give to our Endowment Funds at the Charlevoix County Community Foundation (www.c3f.org), the Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation (www.gtrcf.org), or the Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation (www.phsacf.org).

We encourage you to inquire as to whether your company has a matching gift program.  By taking advantage of such a program you might easily double your gift to your cause.  All gifts donated are deductible to the extent allowable by federal/state tax law.  Please check with your financial advisor with any further questions or concerns.
