Full-time position: Schedule 5-days per week; Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm. Front office Reception, Child Welfare Foster Care and Licensing Support, Family Support Worker as needed, and general agency requirements of administration, see basic duties. Position reports directly to the Harbor Springs Site Supervisor, indirectly to the Director of Child Welfare. Pay rate for this non-exempt position starts at $12.00 per hour. Benefits, per Agency policy.

Basic duties include but are not limited to: the front desk reception, answering phones, maintaining drug line, maintaining compliance of foster care and licensing files, set up and distribute drug testing and drug test results in a timely manner, upload documents in state system, assist Foster Care Workers and Family Resource Specialists with clerical/administrative tasks, process legal documents that are time sensitive, critical and confidential, data entry/processing and general correspondence, as assigned by the Foster Care Workers and Harbor Springs Site Supervisor.

Other duties are: Transport children to parenting visits, supervise visit and submit written report – as needed by Lead Family Support Worker and Site Supervisor.

Valid State of Michigan Drivers License and insurance required. Minimum two years college or equivalent administrative experience. Accuracy, Attention to Detail, and Timeliness are Mandatory.
